How does the free estimate work?

Send us your details through the estimate form or reach us through our Google Business Profile. We'll go over the space, the flooring type you have in mind and the approximate square footage, then confirm measurements before giving you a written estimate. There's no charge for the estimate.

Can I supply my own flooring material?

Yes. Many clients buy their own material and hire us for installation only. Let us know the product and quantity when you request an estimate so we can confirm it suits the subfloor and the installation method.

Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?

We do. That includes homes, condos and apartments as well as offices, retail spaces, rental turnovers and multi-unit properties.

What's the difference between glue-down and floating floors?

A glue-down floor is bonded to the subfloor with full-spread adhesive, which makes it feel solid and quiet underfoot — often preferred for large open areas and commercial traffic. A floating floor clicks together over an underlayment and isn't attached to the slab, which installs faster and is easier to work with. The right choice depends on the material, the subfloor condition and the building's requirements.

Do I need to move furniture or remove the old floor first?

Talk to us about it during the estimate. We can include old floor removal, haul-away and subfloor prep in the scope, and we'll tell you what needs to be cleared before we arrive so the crew can work efficiently.

How long does an installation take?

It depends on the scope — square footage, how much prep and removal is involved, stairs, trim work and site access all affect the schedule. We give you a realistic timeframe with the estimate rather than a generic answer.
